Regular Patch Installation - Trimble Jobpac Connect Apr 17, 2026 07:00-07:10 UTC

Dear Jobpac Connect customers,

We would like to inform you that a Jobpac Connect patch 2026.1.2 will be deployed to all Jobpac customers on Friday, 17th April 2026. at 5PM AEDT.

There will be no down time for this installation.

The details of the changes are:

Module - Accounts Payable
[Fix] Invoices in status ‘Linked to SC Claim AND Sent for Approval’ in the Invoice Approval screen were not showing the correct colour of pink.
- Internal Issue

[Fix] Selections are not cleared when returning after taking the Action option to ‘Approve all Filtered at Detail Level’ in Invoice Approvals.
- Internal Issue

[Fix] Ability to add BPAY reference at Invoice Registration (system parameter INVREG/position 16) should not be conditioned on system parameter OTHPAY/position 2 being set to ‘Y’.
- Internal Issue

[Fix] Some PAYADVICE* tabs are incorrectly appearing in the Related Content in AP Enquiry details screen.

[Fix] Unable to print AR Sundry Invoices due to program failure.

Following a period of sustained stability and successful monitoring, we are officially marking the Trimble ID (TID) login issue for Jobpac as Resolved.

Our internal telemetry and user feedback confirm that the authentication gateway is performing at standard levels. We have concluded our active monitoring phase and all services are operating as expected.
