Scheduled Maintenance

Trimble Jobpac Connect version 2025.2.0 now scheduled for release on Saturday, 16/8/2025 Aug 16, 2025 08:00-14:00 UTC

Dear Valued Jobpac Customers

The Jobpac Connect 2025.2.0 Major Release is currently scheduled for release to all Jobpac customers on Saturday, 16th August.

Jobpac will be unavailable between 6pm and 12am (AEST) during this scheduled maintenance window.

The finalised 2025.2.0 release Notes and the release video are available from a link posted on the Jobpac blog. You can also find these resources on the Customer Support Portal. Note, for this release, we have published a pre-recorded Release Video instead of the regular interactive webinar, so that you can watch at your leisure.

Don’t forget also, if you are interested in the full Jobpac roadmap and how we will navigate the future with Jobpac Connect, you can catch us speaking at our upcoming Dimensions event in Brisbane on August 27th and 28th. It will be a big event with 600+ attendees, 80+ construction technology sessions over the two days, as well as off-site field tool and machine control demonstrations. Monitoring - The fix has been made for the data pipeline sync process which has now been reenabled. We will continue to monitor for blocking processes until marking this fully resolved.

Update - We've identified an issue with our data pipeline sync process. To address this, we are disabling the sync for the remainder of the day and will re-enable it at 6 PM PT tonight. During this period, Automatic Invoicing will not include any newly added vendors. A full sync will be performed after hours, and normal functionality and performance will resume by tomorrow.

Scheduled - Dear Jobpac Connect Customers,

We will be installing a hotfix to fix the following issues on the 1st of August 2025 after 5 PM AEST. There will be no down time for this installation.

Module - Accounts Payable
[Fix] PTRS report shows the “Invoice paid in 31-60 days (%)” value incorrectly with only 1 decimal place and “Invoices paid over 60 days (%)” incorrectly as a whole number (multiplied by 100).
- Issue# 118841

Module - Job Costing
[Fix] The dates in the Job Dates Maintenance shows values of other dates.
- Issue# 118315

Module - Subcontracts
[Fix] Unable to post SC claims with 0 value due to a program crash.
- Issue# 118125

We have taken all necessary precautions to ensure there is no impact due to these fixes.
