Module - Accounts Payable
[Fix] PTRS Report produces an empty detail report when the run number is finalised.
- Issue# 118964

[Fix] AP Invoice Upload (CREDBAL) incorrectly rejects dissections costed to GL accounts.
- Issue# 118996

Module - System Administration
[Enhancement] Hide and block accelerator commands from users who do not have the authority.

We have taken all necessary precautions to ensure there is no impact due to these fixes.

Identified - Dear Jobpac Connect Customers,

We are writing to inform you of a recently resolved issue that may have impacted some customers that ran payroll processing between 5:00 PM on 12/9/2025 and 2:20 PM on 17/9/2025 which may have resulted in timesheet postings not completing properly.

What was affected: The issue was prominent when the Timesheet Posting process was combined with the Payroll process.
Crucial Note: This issue DID NOT affect the payment of employees. It was isolated to timesheet costing and general ledger clearing.
Resolution: The problem has been resolved, and the payroll system is now operating normally.

We are proactively scanning to identify any customers that may have been impacted. If you notice any inconsistencies in your Timesheet clearing accounts, please log a case with us, and we will rectify it promptly.

We would like to inform you that our team will be performing a monthly upgrade of the Jobpac Connect Application's infrastructure. This is part of our commitment to continuously improve the software and provide you with the best possible user experience.

The maintenance will take place on 28th Sep from 6 AM AEST and is expected to last for approximately 6 HOURS. During this time, you would not be able to login into Jobpac Connect.

In this month's maintenance, our team will be performing security and other patching on the infrastructure tier to ensure the security and stability of the system. This will involve updating the operating system and related framework to the latest version, which will enhance the performance and reliability of the application.

Scheduled - Dear HR Management for Spectrum Customer,

We would like to inform you that our team will be performing a release for HR Management for Spectrum that introduces a new security setting.

There will be a brief maintenance period on September 24th. Release downtime is expected to start at 4 PM PST and will last for approximately 20 MINUTES. During this maintenance window, users will not be able to log into HR.viewpoint.com. The Traqspera Mobile App will not experience downtime; however, paystubs will be unavailable during this period.

Following this release, all users will be required to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to sign in starting September 24th after 5 PM PST. An Admin Setting is available to disable this requirement if needed. For more details, please see the release notes:

Scheduled - Dear Jobpac Connect Users,

We will be installing an update to Jobpac at 9pm tonight for the change detailed below.

Effective 24 September 2025, the ATO will update the study and training support loans withholding schedule, and tax tables will be updated.

These updates reflect the reduced compulsory repayment thresholds for PAYG withholding.
Important: There is no requirement to recalculate the STSL withholding amounts from payments that were made between 1 July and 23 September.

Employers should only apply the updated STSL withholding rates for all payments made on or after 24 September 2025.

A Support article will be made available to assist you with the exact Tax Table change that can be configured AFTER this patch is installed.

Scheduled - Jobpac Connect is transitioning from the Viewpoint Support Portal to the new BuildingPoint Help Centre for all Jobpac Support and Professional Services requests.

From 24th September:
All new support requests must be submitted via the BuildingPoint Help Centre
The Viewpoint portal will no longer be monitored for new Jobpac cases
Existing cases will continue to be resolved, and you’ll be notified if any cases are moved to the BuildingPoint Help Centre

What’s changing for your organisation:
A designated Full access user from your organisation has been asked to confirm who should have access to the new Help Centre.
Once confirmed, approved users will be able to log tickets

You will still be able to:
Access past cases and knowledge base content in the Viewpoint portal
Submit requests via BuildingPoint Help Centre once access is confirmed by your organisation’s Full access contact
